Possess Authority over your Body
The four most common elements in the human body are
oxygen
The chemical formula of oxygen also known as dioxygen is O2. This formula is given so because oxygen usually combines with another oxygen by forming a covalent bond. It is also diatomic therefore it needs 2 electrons to complete its octet which it easily gets from another oxygen.
hydrogen
Hydrogen is a chemical element; it has symbol H and atomic number 1. It is the lightest element and, at standard conditions, is a gas of diatomic molecules with the formula H 2, sometimes called dihydrogen, hydrogen gas, molecular hydrogen, or simply hydrogen.
carbon
Carbon dioxide is often called “C-O-2” and written as “CO2” because “C” stands for carbon and “O” stands for oxygen. Carbon dioxide is one of the primary greenhouse gases on Earth. Carbon dioxide is called CO2 because it has two oxygen atoms attached to one carbon atom.
nitrogen
Nitrogen gas has the chemical formula N2 which can be denoted by N≡N. It is categorized as one of the diatomic elements which are made up of two atoms of the same element joined by one or more covalent bonds because in the case of N2 also a triple covalent link connects the two nitrogen atoms.
